Naptime at the plantation, Chi-Chi has her mouth agape under the guava tree again! Whilst waiting for a fruit to fall into her open trap, it is little people with bird wings that materialize. In tailing these two Tao-Maya creatures, she ends up at a place called Sitio Looban. In this domain ruled by King Barabas, many mysteries will be unraveled: Sigbin monsters who hunt during the full moon, bullets that lead dogs to forget how to howl, Makapili people who capture emaciated hounds, and saccharine Lollypop treats that everyone is made to consume.
